"A team of two men from Improved Outlook cleaned most windows (both sides plus storm windows on both sides) on our single-story home. They were very prompt in responding to the phone message we left. An estimator came the next day (on time) and he was very flexible in scheduling the job to meet our short time frame. We were extremely impressed with their friendliness and professionalism (they wore uniforms, arrived when scheduled, called ahead of time to let us know they were on their way, were very polite and respectful of our home, paid attention to the peculiarities of our 1962 windows, had professional equipment, and so on). They did a superb job -- better than any of the other 4 companies which have washed our windows during the last 6 years. We have already recommended them to neighbors and intend to have them come back annually."
